Our client, Galloway Co-op owns a multi-use property. The development project was initiated to build a pig farm. Galloway requested our assistance with clearing a large area of space: 30 acres.
Our approach included assessing the property by driving all 30 acres to understand the site access/entry points and turnaround space for all equipment. Thereafter, we analyzed the flatness and slopes in the landscape. Lastly, we reviewed the property boarders and also determined if there were any present wildlife on the property or in the trees.
Next, we assembled and coached our team of professional arborists on the details of the property’s vegetation and topography. Each team member was assigned a task based on their expertise and together we successfully completed this project to our client’s satisfaction within the scheduled time frame.
