Charles Minor

CEO

With over ten years of industry experience, Charles controls and manages the overall operations of the company. His primary role, as CEO, involves coordination and negotiation of all trucking and tree projects for the firm. He assesses the scope of each project and matches the company’s resources and time to accommodate the request of the client.

Charles insures that each tree and trucking project is met with a high standard of customer service. That involves matching the right team and equipment for each project. He develops a separate task plan for each project that includes high safety standards, equipment allocation and communicating the client’s expectations to the team.

Charles has created a solid reputation in the industry, over the last decade, by spearheading a list of successful projects with DOT prime contractors throughout the state of Georgia. All on time and on budget.

Jovane Rodriguez

VP, Tree Services

Jovane manages our team of experienced arborists and tree care professionals who know the latest industry standards and practices. His years of expertise in the industry ensures that each tree removal project causes minimal impact on the environment. The team he manages is trained to spot tree health issues, potential hazards, and the best methods for tree removal.

Besides tree removal, Jovane oversees our stump removal services. This involves grinding stumps down to the roots, getting rid of tripping hazards and making space ready for future landscaping projects.

Under Jovane’s leadership, our company maintains a responsive emergency tree removal service. He is highly skilled in assessing perils that need immediate attention. Which includes, storms, high winds and other unexpected events that can damage trees and create hazardous, dangerous outcomes. Our emergency tree service team is on call and available 24/7.
