The Covington, GA commissioners approved an improvement allocation for HWY 278. E.R. Snell Contractor Inc. was awarded a multi-year contract by the GA DOT to provide milling, inlay and plant mix resurfacing, grading and paving services for the project.

Our team provided transportation services for the grading equipment, supplies and material. We were instrumental in hauling and laying the gravel prior to the start of the paving process for each section of the highway.
